Damn this one is really tough. The beauty of Anabot or the primal roar of The White Stripes? Impossible to rationally decide. In the end I went with Anabot because she offered to be friends, a gracious invitation that as of yet I have not received from Jack or Meg.
And, oh yeah, does the Shillaly Brothers’ “Pop” rock?!!? Why yes it does and thank you for asking.
I LOVE LOVE LOVE the White Stripes, and I thought for sure I’d be voting for them. Much to my surprise, I found their version kinda lacking, while Anabot did quite the lovely, inspired version. Plus, Jack White can be a douchebag sometimes, while this girl seemed like someone you’d invite over for a cup of tea. So I picked Anabot. I do love the White Stripes, though. A lot.
