    Surprised to learn The Cure chose to cover this. They earned points by drastically changing the original, and at first I thought they might win the vote, given the two remaining competitors.

    I admit I didn’t know Redd Kross until they appeared on CMI. The first photo I saw of them looked like something outta Spinal Tap. Surprisingly good cover here, vocals not necessary.

    The Bobs get points for attempting such a challenging cover. I almost invoked The Shatner Rule, which reminds us the point is to entertain.

    I ultimately voted Redd Kross.
