Oh the disharmony! Much like Harlan County there are no neutrals here. It is your solemn responsibility to decide which cover song prevails. In other words … Which Side Are You On!??!
Disclaimer: Votes cast from Florida may or may not be counted.
Classic Madness!
Transplants … Excellent, aggressive interpretation!
Lisa Mychols … No complaints with this solid effort.
Podracer … Is this song supposed to scare me?
Love the Transplants high energy … winner.
Didn’t know the original or any of the contestants.
Transplants didn’t change it much, but sounded better than the others. Lisa Mychols in second place.
I’m certainly must have heard this song before but I don’t know it. I’m not a Madness fan and haven’t owned any of their recordings. It reminded me of a carousel with calliope music atilt with football hooligans. Transplants-punk rap for teethless Cockneys. I liked it better than the original. Lisa Mychols-karaoke in an appropriately dingy club. Podracer-an assault on the senses. Joyless machine-like pummeling culminating in a horror movie singalong. I voted Transplants.
